02 What Information We Collect

When you complete the Industrial AI Index, we collect the following personal and organisational information:

Personal information

• First name and last name
• Job title
• Work email address

Organisational information

• Company or organisation name
• Industry sector
• Local Government Area (LGA)
• Approximate headcount band
• Approximate revenue band

Survey and results data

• Your responses to the 12 survey questions
• Your calculated archetype and score
• Your results page URL

We do not collect sensitive information as defined under the Privacy Act 1988, including health, financial, or biometric data.

03 How We Collect Information

All information is collected directly from you when you complete the Industrial AI Index survey and lead capture form at index.integratedai.com.au. We do not collect information from third-party sources.

04 Why We Collect This Information

We collect this information for the following purposes:

• To calculate your AI readiness archetype and deliver your results
• To generate and send your personalised Operational Rewiring Roadmap
• To communicate with you about your results if you request a follow-up briefing
• To build an anonymised regional benchmark dataset for the Greater Hunter manufacturing sector
• To improve the Industrial AI Index diagnostic over time

We do not use your personal information for direct marketing beyond the confirmation email sent immediately following your survey completion, unless you have separately opted in to further communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing index@integratedai.com.au.

05 How We Store Your Information

Your personal information is stored in the following systems:

• Google Sheets — survey responses and calculated results
• Wix CRM — contact and organisational details

Both systems are operated by third-party providers. IAI has reviewed the data handling practices of both providers and is satisfied that they meet the security standards required under the Australian Privacy Principles.

Some of these third-party providers store data on servers located outside Australia. By submitting your information through the Industrial AI Index, you consent to your personal information being transferred to and stored in countries outside Australia.
