01 What We Collect

Hunter AI Index (index.integratedai.com.au)

When you complete the Hunter AI Index, we collect:

• Your name, job title, work email, and company name
• Your industry sector, local government area, and approximate headcount and revenue band
• Your survey responses and your calculated results

AI Visibility Scorecard (score.integratedai.com.au)

When you request an AI Visibility Scorecard, we collect:

• Your name, work email, and company name
• Your website URL and industry sector
• The publicly available website data retrieved during the automated scan
• Your calculated scorecard results

02 Why We Collect It

We use this information to:

• Calculate and deliver your results
• Generate your personalised report or scorecard
• Send you the confirmation or results email
• Follow up with you about your results and relevant IAI services — by submitting your details you consent to IAI contacting you for these purposes

Your responses also contribute, in anonymised and aggregated form, to IAI's regional benchmark datasets. No individual or organisation is identifiable in benchmark data.

03 Who Sees It

Your information is accessible only to authorised personnel of Integrated Contracting Pty Ltd. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party.

Anonymised, aggregated benchmark data does not identify any individual or organisation.

04 Where It Is Stored

Your information may be stored on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States.

05 How Long We Keep It

We retain your information for 24 months from the date of collection. After that period it is deleted from all systems, unless you have engaged with IAI commercially.

06 Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting operations@integratedai.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
